On Friday, September 21, THE COLLECTION along with B Bistro & Bakery, had the honor of hosting some of Miami’s social media food bloggers for an intimate lunch at B Bistro. Ken Gorin, CEO of THE COLLECTION and Santiago Serrano, Sous Chef at B Bistro, greeted guests and began the lunch with a thank you speech to welcome everyone. The team at B Bistro created a customized menu for this lunch which included small plates of the bistro’s most popular hottest items, including crowd favorites such as the Spicy Tuna Toast and the Mediterranean Salad.
One by one, each course was brought out and Sous Chef Serrano explained each plate in detail, giving guests the inside scoop on what makes these plates so special. The highlight of the lunch? Dessert! An assortment of macaroons and petit gateaux filled the table and while they enjoyed their dessert, guests were handed a little surprise for them to take home. Each gift box was filled with B Bistro’s Truffle Bun Recipe along with bacon jam and spicy mayo so they could take this experience home with them to share with their friends and family. It was great seeing the Foodie community unite at B Bistro at THE COLLECTION.
