THE COLLECTION and B Bistro + Bakery had the absolute pleasure of hosting South Florida’s top food and lifestyle influencers at our in-house restaurant, B Bistro + Bakery at THE COLLECTION. It was an afternoon filled with delicious bites and fast cars.
Our guests included Nikki Novo of @NikkiNovo, Dana Rozansky of @Miami_FoodPorn, Jessica Daez of @eatitmia, Tia Plagata of @YelpMiami, Ellen Dumas, & Alejandra Zelaya of @FoodBlogMiami, Valentina Mussi of @SweetPortfolio, Kelly Saks of @KellySaks and Maria Tettamanti of @MariaTettamanti.
The influencers indulged on eats from B Bistro + Bakery at THE COLLECTION. The hand-selected menu included tasty Giulia’s Gazpacho, Spicy Tuna Toast, Avocado Toast, Portofino Prosciutto Panini, Mediterranean Salad, Caesar Salad and assorted petit gateuxs served family style.
For those of you unfamiliar with B Bistro + Bakery — it’s a Brickell area hotspot (located at 600 Brickell Avenue, Miami) with a second location at THE COLLECTION (located at 200 Bird Road, Coral Gables). The menu is brimming with flavors from around the world — think freshly made pastries, savory breakfast dishes and yummy lunches such as leafy and grain-based salads, open-faced sandwiches, housemade soups and veggie-heavy main dishes. Guests at THE COLLECTION can pop in for a bite or coffee while getting their car serviced or car shopping or just because.
Adding to the day’s excitement were — you guessed it — custom luxury vehicles from THE COLLECTION’s luxurious fleet. Each influencer’s photo and Instagram handle were displayed on the hood of a McLaren, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Audi, Jaguar, Maserati and Aston Martin. All in attendance enjoyed a test drive, too, because let’s face it — our cars are Instagram sensations — just like the ladies in attendance!
