THE COLLECTION Ranch – Annual Employee Summer Picnic

THE COLLECTION Family saddled up for our annual Employee Appreciation Picnic that took place at Estancia Culinaria on May 6, 2018. Just 30 minutes by car, away from the hustle and bustle of Miami awaits Estancia Culinaria, an authentic family farmstead encompassing 15 acres with over 870 organic avocado trees. Estancia is an oasis of calm complimented by a wooden farmhouse, horse paddocks, coral rock chapel and walking trails.

Talk about change of scenery! Upon arrival, employees were welcomed by Ponies, a Mechanical Bull, and Food Trucks featuring MadLove Burgers, Miami Roasted Corn, Ms. Cheezious, Coldstone Creamery, and Las Mexicanas. The fun didn’t stop there, The Miami Zoological Foundation showcased an exotic animal show featuring a baby tiger, an armadillo, a baby alligator, an owl and a monkey.

Post show, guests were encouraged to put on their dancing shoes and make their way to the dance floor for step by step instructions on some famous line dances. For THE COLLECTION Kids, Zig Zag Zebra had their canvas’s spread out under a tent where they painted their inner cowboys and cowgirls.  On the way out, our employees did a little shopping at a mini farmers market with loads of local grown fruits and vegetables.
