Last year, McLaren Automotive turned the big 5-0. The company, founded by New Zealand-born engineer and racing driver Bruce McLaren, has been at the pinnacle of world motor sport ever since the beginning. This spring, the legendary supercar brand unveiled the highly anticipated McLaren 650S at the Geneva Motor Show. The verdict? The supercar is a welcomed addition to the intimate family consisting of the sold-out McLaren P1™. In fact, the 650S takes the best characteristics from its sibling and the 12C.

Available now at THE COLLECTION, all eyes are on McLaren’s fastest, most engaging, best equipped and most beautiful series-production supercar yet — the 650S.  Named after its twin-turbo 650PS power plant, the new McLaren breaks the mold. “McLaren is an engineering led company, and we’re proud of that. The new design gives important engineering and driver benefits. Yet it’s not just about improving the numbers. As for the 650S’ muse, well, look no further than the McLaren P1™. “We learned so many lessons from the McLaren P1™ — the most technically advanced supercar ever built in the United Kingdom — and we wanted to utilize those learnings and bring them to market as quickly as possible,” McLaren Executive Director of Product Development, Mark Vinnels, says.
