Ken Gorin on THE COLLECTION’s Annual Manager’s Dinner

Did you know that Friday, March 7, 2014 is Employee Appreciation Day? While the sentiment behind this day is to reward one’s employees and to show them our appreciation, I feel it is just as important to value one’s employees on a day-to-day basis.

At THE COLLECTION, we recently celebrated our Managerial Team with a decadent dinner at Cipriani Downtown Miami. Nestled on Brickell Avenue, this famous restaurant with Italian roots provided a chic atmosphere for our managers who work tirelessly to make our dealership a stellar success.

And our team arrived in style, too. Managers were picked up at THE COLLECTION and escorted via party bus to Cipriani. The evening was filled with celebratory gifts and a VIP dinner menu replete with the famed restaurant’s risotto, pan seared Chilean sea bass, veal osso buco, handmade pastries and more. And if you haven’t tasted Cipriani’s famed tagliardi with veal ragu yet, run, don’t walk there ASAP! Same goes for their lemon meringue pie.

During the dinner, we recognized each manager’s efforts and accomplishments. How so? By sharing stories — from triumphs to personal anecdotes and problem solving.

So with Employee Appreciation Day right around the bend, be sure to honor those who help you and acknowledge their hard work every day.
