Hot on the heels of THE COLLECTION’s annual manager’s dinner at Cipriani Downtown Miami, came our annual sales awards dinner at The Biltmore Hotel. The dinner took place on February 25, at the iconic Coral Gables-based hotel, and you can think of it as our way of recognizing all the hard work our sales team puts forth 365-days a year to meet our showroom’s goals.
And we, as you can very well imagine, set the bar very high.
Year after year, THE COLLECTION’s sales team manages to reach for the stars and outdo themselves when it comes to breaking sales records in the Audi, Porsche, Ferrari,Maserati, Aston Martin, Jaguar and McLaren realms. During our dinner at The Biltmore, sales for 2013 were reviewed, awards were given to top performers and it was my way thanking our team for their stellar work ethic.
We have a lot to celebrate this year, as 2013 marks the most successful year in the dealership‘s 46 year history. Additionally, THE COLLECTION is a top ranked dealership for every brand retailed; and is also the number two ranked Porsche and Maserati dealership in the nation.Which leads me to my next point: Employee Appreciation Day is March 7. Celebrated first in 1995, the special day is a unique opportunity to recognize your employee’s hard work.There are not words to adequately express the amount of gratitude I have towards our team here at THE COLLECTION. Each person here is truly a member of THE COLLECTION family, and together our incredible and dedicated employees are responsible for making our dealership stand out. In fact, in this month alone, we have seven employees who are celebrating anniversaries with the company, ranging from 10 years to 23 years. It is truly a team effort here at the dealership, and I wouldn’t be here without these amazing individuals.
