Now here’s a small car making BIG news. Yes, we’re talking about the all-new 2015 Audi A3, which will set the bar for entry-level luxury sedans once again. This past spring, Audi announced plans to give the A3 a makeover, which will be arriving in showrooms during the first quarter of 2014.
The A3 sedan offers versatile powertrains for a wide variety of entry-luxury customer tastes including a 1.8 TFSI, 2.0 TFSI, 2.0 TDI clean diesel and the high performance Audi S3 with a high-output 2.0 TFSI. Talk about flexibility!
What’s also new with this generation of A3s? Audi will be adding the A3 Sportback with a plug-in gasoline electric hybrid in the U.S. market. This is HUGE news. Audi recently revealed the A3 Sportback e-tron at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show much to the delight of hybrid vehicle devotees. Yep, it’s electric!
“The Audi A3 will set the new benchmark among entry-level luxury sedans,” President, Audi of America Scott Keogh says. He adds, “This A3 line-up redefines the standards of its class in dynamics, efficiency, technology, craftsmanship and performance.”
