On Tuesday, June 20, 2017, Marek Reichman, Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Aston Martin hosted an exclusive and intimate dinner for devoted clients of THE COLLECTION Aston Martin inside La Cava at the renowned Faena Miami Beach. The evening meal for 30 by Los Fuegos was served on La Cava’s hand-carved private dining table and guests were surrounded by an outstanding collection of world-class wines and sophisticated, savory Argentinian dishes.
The evening shaped up as one of the most prestigious and elite events of the summer with Laura Schwab, Regional President for the Americas Aston Martin, and Marek Reichman present. This once-in-a-lifetime dinner, organized by THE COLLECTION, allows our clients to engage with one with one another and dip into the world of curated lifestyle experiences. The highlight of the night was watching Mr. Reichman give his unforgettable speech about the future of Aston Martin. It is definitely something to look forward to – the future is bright and beautiful!

There was something for everyone on this family style menu. To start, guests chose either a pink grapefruit salad, cured wild salmon or the yellowfin tuna tartare. Meals consisted of bone-in ribeye, lamb rack, branzino filet and smoke prawns. To pair with these delicious meals were either domino potatoes, chard kale or roasted cauliflower. Now, my favorite part of the menu. The dessert! Why choose one dessert when you can have all three? Each dessert was individually served in a trio platter with dulce de leche pancake, creamy flan and chocolate nemesis.
